There is a lot of corruption in admission to private colleges. Therefore admission to private colleges (including so called management quota) must be strictly regulated. Private colleges should not be allowed to have their own entrance test. Admissions must be based on marks or on rank as per entrance test conducted by independent bodies. Similarly tuition fee and all other fees should be regulated by a regulatory body.
