A lot of financial resources go wasted in purchasing of operating systems and software for computers. Open Source alternatives are available and if used can save a lot of resources in our universities. Most of the universities have yet to benefit from the power and potential of open sources. The sooner we replace Windows by Linux and all statistical software by R and start working with open office and Latex the better we can divert our resources to the benefit of teaching and learning.

Any amount of funding cannot bring any change unless teachers are there to impart quality education and students are there to receive it. Therefore, first ensure that capable people are holding positions in the universities and deserving students are taking admissions in places of higher learning.

Yes. It is very much required for higher education. For example, for medical education in govt. colleges, student require to pay very nominal amount as fees. But, in self finance colleges, fees are ranging from 20 lacs to 50 lacs depending upon your selection. Therefore, easy finance is the most urgent requirement. I found many students having 90% and found them in merit just leave the medical admission due to money. Govt. should come out with more granted seats in each college.

Financing higher education is actually the need of the hour. Many meritorious youths are deprived of higher education only because of their expensiveness. So, merit-based scholarships should be made much more available. Proper care should be taken for their wide publicity.

Specifically for Medical education in our Country limited Government colleges and seats are availble with affordable fees. All Private institutions are beyond reach of average people. Needs more coolege run by Government on priority basis as well give aid to private run colleges so that medical education in country becomes affordable

Remove the araksahn system from atlist eduction. Give them eductatioion on their ability and interest. Please sir do this for our nation

Add the defense traing like milatary school in all school. Teach them lession on dicipline and cleaness by prectical training and text book knowledge.

So far our country has not gain much success in hifher education. One of the main reason for this is higher education too much expensive in our country. As more than sixty percent peoples are poor so higher education become luxury for them.Most talented student from poor family compaled to give up their hope lack of fund.Therefore Government should come forward to think about this seriously.Financing in higher education is very much necessary.
