Employability of our students is a matter of concern. At the other end of the spectrum is need for greater investment in research. Industry academia linkages are essential to meet both these ends. While we have various efforts in this direction, these have not fructified as expected. We need to find out how and what is needed for a more fruitful partnering.

Institution Industry interaction must be encouraged. Students should get an opportunity to get training in industries (for professional students) as in the case with medical profession

प्रारंभिक शिक्षा से ही छात्रों की शिक्षा को उद्योग के साथ संयोजन के लिए हस्त कौशल से सम्बंधित सैद्धांतिक एवं व्यावहारिक ज्ञान प्रदान करना तथा बड़ी कक्षाओं में भी स्वावलम्बन की दृष्टि से व्यावसायिक शिक्षा को जोड़ना चाहिए. - रामाधार शुक्ल

it is very compulsory to link education with industry.main thing is this if we link these skills from education then unemployment problems will automatically resolved.this can be done in growing pupils not for the beginers.
