Education should be provided according to the interest of the student.

We should provide vocational studies to children since lower classes only, so that they can develop their skills. Our education system lacks only in one thing, we teach students how to write in exams but we don't teach how to face the real life situations and how to link your learning with your work

The MBA and Engineering institutes course curriculam needs to be aligned with the corporate requirement. The endeavour is to strike a balance between academic brilliance and corporate realities. The inputs from corporate oriented faculty (full time) would surely address this long standing issues confronting Indian higher education. Further, this would also be beneficial towards the skill/capability building of our young professionals

The pre-requisite towards linking education with employability enroute to skill development is to make the faculty team more inclusive and relevant. A small but impactful step would be to include/engage corporate professionals, who have a flair for teaching (yet they are not considered being non PhD ). The HRD ministry needs to seriously re-look at the abundant talent/resources in the corporate world ( Management professionals, Engineers, CAs etc) willing to take fulltime faculty jobs
