Employment opportunities with dignity and security should be prime motive. In the name of employbility, profit driven private industries' interest should not be given space in educational curriculum.

Education is a much larger category than employment, linking the two will be detrimental to ideas, subjects which are not "market-friendly". Also it will kill the freedom to choose for students because they will be offered courses that the industry thinks suitable. Eventually it will kill independent research. see attachment for more

Industry is driven by market forces and linking education to employability is detrimental to education, in the sense that certain areas are promoted and others are relegated.

Industry builds applications of the new ideas that higher education creates but is not connected with education itself. Placing such individuals in governing bodies will conner no advantage for the educational work that colleges do, and may in fact be counter-productive.

a. Government should try to involve the industry into educational institution.
b. There should be a direct relationship b/w school and industry.
c. Test for job by the industry is not on the basis of % but it should be on the basis of their performance in the test.
