Hamlet based planning to be done for the growth of that particular area. A 5 year plan for each hamlet to be done. Then it should be complied for the village and then for District as a whole for both rural and urban separately. Considerable amount of time and work plan to be done for maintaining the Ecology and environment of the location.

The Target criteria for compactness can be revised as low to medium density (upto 5 floors),mixed use clusters having self sufficient housing, offices, schools, colleges, hospitals, commercial space etc with plenty of open space& parks.Office employees in a cluster to reside in the cluster&avail school, hospital&commercial facilities in a cluster.Smart cities can use vacant land to develop housing under their ownership by PPP and collect rent& maintain housing.Bus/Rlystn/govt office in core cluster

Respected sir,
My suggestions are following with respect to smart city.
1.Roads should be clean in all respects like private advertising, removal of electrical and telephone poles, marking of service road, no parking on the roads in night hrs.a rule should be there for all types of business that they can't put any business material on the road or roadside pathway. To be ensure that they can advertise in there own land not on any govt.land.wheather it's a road or highway.
