India International Science Festival (IISF) 2020 is the largest science festival on virtual environment. This this mega science festival is going to be organized during 22-25 December 2020 on Virtual Platform (https://www.scienceindiafest.org/). Nodal organization of IISF 2020 is Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) and coordinating Institute is CSIR-National Institute of Science, Technology and Development Studies (CSIR-NISTADS). CSIR, DST, MoES, DBT, ICMR are organizing this programme in association with VijnanaBharati (VIBHA). Theme of IISF 2020 is ‘Science for Self-Reliant India and Global Welfare’. Vision of this IISF is the Promotion of AtmaNirbhar Bharat and Global Welfare through Science, Technology and Innovation.

The key objectives of IISF is
- To promote and build scientific temper among the masses and the young children
- To catalyze and trigger relationship between Science and Society leading to the development of new frontiers of growth both scientifically and economically
- To strengthen nation and to achieve inclusive and sustainable growth in the coming future
- To provide a platform for recognizing contribution of science and technology in global development

School Students, Researchers, Teachers, National and International Scientists, Technocrats, Industrialists, Innovators, Entrepreneurs, Craftsmen, Artisans, Farmers, Agri-sectors and Healthcare sectors, Exhibitors, Diplomats, Policy Makers.

उत्कृष्ट।पहले महान विभूति पं मदन मोहन मालवीय जीऔरअटल बिहारी वाजपेई जी को कोटिश:नमन।विज्ञान के बिना जीवनऔर विकास दोनों हीअधूरा है।कदम-कदम पर हमारी सोच वैज्ञानिक होनी चाहिए।विज्ञान के प्रति बच्चे बच्चे में रुचि जागृत करनी होगी चाहे वह कोई भी विषय हो,कोई भी क्षेत्र हो-खेती हो या बागवानी,साथ ही ध्यान रखना होगा कि विकास वैज्ञानिक दृष्टिकोण से प्रकृति केअनुकूल हो तभी वास्तविक मायने में विज्ञान की सार्थकता होगी।पंचायत स्तर पर कैंप के माध्यम से एवं प्राथमिक शिक्षा से ही विज्ञान में रुचि जागृत करना होगा

हमारे पास नवाचार के पालन के लिए न तो कोई इच्छाशक्ति है और न ही कोई कानून। सबसे पहले यह सुनिश्चत करना चाहिए कि प्रशासन किसी नवाचार को सिर्फ इसलिए न रोके कि इसके बारे में कोई कानून नहींं है। जैसे इम्प्रोवाइजड वाहनों को अनुमति न मिलना।

महोदय हम आपकी दया दृष्टि इस तथ्य की ओर आकर्षित कराना चाहते हैं समाज में छोटी छोटी कॉलोनियों में रहने वाले छोटे छोटे कारोबार करने वाले कम इनकम वाले लोग जिनको अपने सुख दुख मौत बीमारी बच्चों की शादी में जो स्थानीय सूद खोरों से जो कि 3% से लेकर 10% हर महीने ब्याज व ब्याज पर ब्याज वसूलते हैं ओर इन गरीबों के बीबी बच्चों के जेवरात जमीन जायदाद दुकान मकान इन अवैध लोन में चले जाते हैं महोदय स्थानीय सूदखोर व प्राइवेट फाइनेंशियर्स इन लोगों को लोन भी देते हैं ओर कई गुना वसूल भी कर लेते हैं सरकारी बैंक बड़े

Govt should try to invite suggestion from industries and promote them to sponsor such events on yearly basis as well as go ahead with suitable manufacturing idea based on entries of this festivals

International science festival organizing committee must includes scientist doctors lawyers educationist of national and international reputes and ask them to prepare rules and list of subjects and topics on which this festival is going to organize and it must not be a single day affair suitable time limit must be given to each and every entry and judgement comments must be made public so that this process must goes free and fare environment

Before International Science Festival government should asked school to organize science festival at local levels then district , state , national level best entries must be awarded with certificates and scholarships Similarly Universities must be asked to organize science festival and compete for national level with authenticated projects and reports on topics of national importance and these must have daily life usability ie it must not be theoretical
