Dear Prime Minister, As of now the science in agriculture used for generating graduates again and again and no transformation happened in ground level because the real former do not get convince unless physically demonstrated the results meanwhile the mediators block the research scaler to reach them. Now in the budget strong technology focus mentioned which are to be implemented through responsibility and accountability.

I want to share my thoughts what I have felt closely being a citizen of Indians believe in superstitions and black magic. If through easy ignored people are taught about the reason behind tricks of magic ,I think that will be great success. Making the roots stronger will definitely make the tree healthier.

Success in science requires a creative mind. It explores the nature of creativity in the scientific process. It details various discoveries and explains how creativity played a significant role in each. The importance of logical thinking and background knowledge to the creative process is discussed. To be creative, scientists need background knowledge, which they gain by learning about past scientific work, talking to colleagues, and tapping their own experience. Scientists use creativity to determine which smaller questions are likely to yield results, imagine possible answers to their questions, and devise ways to test those answers. Great art and great science have a link that begins deep within curious minds, a link that involves combining thoughts, stirring memories, perceiving sensations, creating new ideas, and producing original products. Science was considered a rational study of observable facts and phenomena, and creativity seemed more mystical and transcendent.

Science is creative in much the same way that art, music, or literature are creative, in that scientists have to use their imagination to come up with explanations. These explanations are well informed – they are not mere guesses – but there is no escaping the fact that they are ultimately products of the imagination. As Peter Medawar explained, "Scientists are building explanatory structures, telling stories which are scrupulously tested to see if they are stories about real life" It can be difficult to understand how scientific creativity works in practice, so in this module we will briefly explore the creative process from the history of one of the big problems in biology: heredity. That is, how do organisms inherit the traits of their parents? Many of the scientific concepts mentioned here are examined in more detail in other modules, but here we focus on how creativity helped develop our understanding of this big problem.
