Sorry to tell, we should privatise all such science and research. Present Indian generation is very weak in science and technologies as they know how to follow what is written in book and they consider government job as their livelihood and economic security so they will never understand the importance of right research which is required for our nation. Create institutions for those students wanted to do research on their area of interest for free, those who uses this facilities must work only for India.

Respected Hon. PM Sir, There are several NPOs (Non-Profit Organizations), involved in welfare of Science and Education. It is humbly requested that some arrangement for financial stability of such organizations should be thought . Further some funding should be made available for such NPOs and initial capping experience limit of 3 Years to participate in National Skill Development Program run by Govt. of India should be waived. Such NPOs work for betterment of science and education and shall propagate Science and Education for Skill India Movement.

During my School life I was visited science exhibition. In college, i observed Research Institute and Agriculture University as part of educational tour
with first hand experience in science.During collection of algae (seaweed) at Kovalam beach one foreigners were asked what it this ? That time i feel proud of myself.
When I was listening Research scholars speech during educational tour I was fond of doing research.
But I was joining to scholar any project i phase more hardship.Beacause with out proper guidance.Apart from that language .India is unity in diversity but communication. ,. Non Hindi speaking states, ,. ,
Prathmic fail in college , , ,
After i completed my post graduation i understood recommendation for joining the project.
Keep on trying to join project made me an unrest. Finally i had joined the project with waiting list as the recommended candidate did not join.
That first project gave me great satisfaction in my career.

As I know all schools in Tamilnadu conduct school science exhibition every year. This can be conducted District wise,Statewise and National level. Every good innovation can be selected to the next stage.
Next this can be registered in the national portal which makes how the children think and apply scientific concepts. This makes easy in selecting the bastion contest.
India needs future Scientists this will make us identify this. and good innovators get preferred entrance in good specialised institutions like IIT and IISc.
This also help in designing future education syllabus.

3. Curriculum need to be designed in such a way that it stimulates thoughts, bring enthusiasm, bring creative ideas solutions suggestion and questions from students, within students and with teacher and students. It can be done with the help of professional (researchers, college professor, industrial requirements and scientists).
4. The thing which will change the whole game is
1. Every month each student from all over India need to participate in science experiment, science fest and science exhibition. It will help students to unlock there true potential about creative thinking, reasoning, what why how about new inventions and develop aptitude for science not as a subject but as a part of life.
2. Every school need to be backed up by ongoing research on any field of science. Question, answer and suggestions need to share with students. This will help them to understand science as a tool to help humankind from early stage of life.

From the early stage of life (student) we are forced to study learn repeat memorize SCIENCE. Without interest science can do nothing for students. I feel that we have to change
1 our teaching aspect of science from theory to science around us so that we can feel it, understand it and get practical aspect of science. It will create interest for subject which will promote better understanding and so on
2. (Most difficult but this has to be done) science teachers need to have knowledge about practical applicability of science in general life, daily routine and its usage. It will be better if we bring industry experts to provide better training and skills to our science teacher to promote students mindset from reading to research.
