At present nearly 90 % students are not willing to choose science as an carrier option. You can confirm this with admission data. Even science student after 12th are not going for higher studies in science.
1. Syllabus must be revised, so students can learn about Indian scientists and their works.
2. Opportunity for all steams should be same. What is logic for GK, Current Affairs, Politics etc. for all kind of job's. Why would anyone study science.
3. There must be field work/ subject work in all subjects at graduation level.
4. Various compitition were organised to encourage students but prize after winning is negligible. No one try at fullest to complete; just doing formality.

5. Inculcating the spirit of science and creativity in young minds to be initiated through various programs among students from the rural and under privileged sectors. To provide exposure and create interest in Science and Technology under single roof, unique science activities like hands-on scientific experiments, popular talks by eminent scientists, student’s poster presentation, Mega Science & Technology Expo visit etc should be arranged.
6. In current technology-driven age, the influence of technology on our lives was far more visible. New Age Technology shows aims to encourage innovativeness in emerging technologies such as AI/ ML, Block chain, Cryptography/network security. Competitions like ethical hacking, hackathon etc. to be arranged on regular basis.

3. India’s traditional economy, a mix and balance of agriculture and handicrafts, was the main pillars of the Indian economy. Using the scientific principles of these objects, the artisans were creating some of the finest materials of the world and cover a canopy of rich arts and crafts. They still need to upgrade from their present position through scientific and technological interventions to a greater eminence. Highlighting the tradition with the interaction of artisans and craftsmen with modern scientific approaches to give it a vast horizon should be focused.
4. Being the most potent tools to impart knowledge, particularly of science, and values in joyful and entertaining ways, Games & Toys play important role in nurturing creativity and imagination especially of young and tender minds. A lot of science and creativity is involved in the development of Games & Toys. A general platform to be provided for creative and imaginative people to develop Games & Toys of a new age.

For engagement of creative and imaginative minds in India and across the globe following steps to be taken:
1. Creativity in Science should be started from primary education. All schools should be provided with a modern lab where students can learn the creativity and do the practical for the same.
2. Trained and well educated teacher/instructor should be provided in each school/college for proper guidance of the students.
