I was there to register for a new industry which would give employment to 20 people and had left my MNC job for that. And this was my first encounter with the system. Once you start a business or do anything then officers would come to you and show you where you haven’t followed the process. Instead they should come to us first at the beginning of the process and let us aware of the formalities.

I had an incident where I went to an office to meet an officer. When I entered in the office there were 2 people discussing something. I asked for the officer. One of them said he is not in office and will come the next day. The other person left the office in hurry. When I came out and asked the chaprasi about that officer he said he was the one who left in hurry just before I came out from the room.

After the process is complete person should be able to rate the officers performance. As of now People don’t know how many departments they have to go to for starting an industry or a shop or to build a house. Even if they know then going to each department is like going through hell. Think of a person who is living in a small town and will have to go to 100 kms away at district headquarter for some information and what he comes to know is that officer is not available.

All the registrations, applications must be available through online only. People should be able to register an application online for their new industry registration, driving licences, kutir (hut) schemes, house building permissions and all other schemes. After that it should be concerned authority’s duty to reach out to the person and make him aware of all the schemes and benefits that government offers and help him to complete the process. After the process is complete person should be able
