Dear Sir, I think you should develop and utilised roads (lands) which you already have (i.e. G.T Road, National Highways etc) instead of taking new agriculture lands

The system of government telecom network BSNL should be upgraded ,as it should be cheap n affordable , and with better connectivity and working systems. This will help our poor ppl in rural INDIA . current private networks are expensive and they cut charges unwantedly.

I wish to suggest an idea of creating a tele-internet,tele-operator,tele-information helpline/call-center by the government so that people can get all advice and information at one place and even make transactions on internet over phone.Trained personnel who get information from internet can provide any information and advice to people in their language, fulfill their needs by making conference/routing phone calls also. Also, this will make people become computer-savvy in a short time.

I want to suggest a method for increasing the quality of railways. As,bottom 80% of households use only 28.1% of the seats,it can be inferred that the subsidies are not well directed.Instead of this,at the time of ticketing AADHAAR number should be asked which could be linked with the digital locker to find the economic status of the traveller. If he deserves subsidy, give him otherwise not. This will allow the subsidies to be well directed, revenues to increase and hence the services too.

Like USA, military service should me made mandatory for youth in age group of 20-25. If not for 5 years then minimum must for 3 years. Military does not mean one deputed on borders only...we have so many forms , like BSF,CRPF,RAF,Teritorial army, Ana so on. This will not only give allow them to work for society but also make them more disciplined, positive attitude, problem solving skills apart understanding the various other aspects of life.
