Dear PM Modiji, You met Jack of China's Alibaba and urged him to set up b2b platform for farmers, artisans and other rural citizens. I already have developed such a platform two years ago that helps rural folk to reach put to global markets for their products even if they have no Internet access (via mobile phone. I have tried to state government agencies and even NIC and DEIT without much success. Request an opportunity to demonstrate my platform

Bridging govt with people through digital devises is realy a good and a hard to do idea.. First of all we must have to provide digital communication to one and all knowledgeble peoples living in.. Then today there are several apps connecting people through which a govt portal easy accessible should be made...though connecting through these we get a better results and a total reliability is shown among peoples ...

Making digital service available to the gross root level, govt. has to take initiative as mission to develop infrastructure for high speed connectivity as free of cast can help a lot in bridging the gap. It is also important to include curriculum related to information processing system as compulsory subject in school education so that coming generation could get the knowledge of using IT tools along with that all govt. services must root through online. There should not be any tax on S/w.

The government must respect the verdict of hon"ble Supreme Court striking down section 66A of the IT Act. This decision is the victory of a common man over an oppressive law. The government should not curb the freedom of speech & expression by making any new law. Res. Sir, you are also in favour of abolishing old laws and against making unnecessary laws. You are also campaigning for advancement of social networking sites. So please come on the side of unfettered freedom of speech and expression
