Dear Sir, To bridge the digital divide the citizens should know exact status for any application which is submitted online and who should be contacted in case of citizen want to talk. Most of the government portals does not have proper contact details, e.g EPF Online Transfer Claim Portal does not have contact details and no one responds to e-mail. The reason of rejection is still dispatched via letter which is ridiculous. There should be transparent workflow mechanism for Government Portals.

Dear Sir, When UAN for PF was announced I thought it will take just few days for PF transfer but it has been more than 6 months I am struggling to get my PF transfer within same office. Sir, even if all this digital technology is involved most of the government departments are not willing to use them and try to confuse citizens so that Citizens are forced to submit physical forms and things get delayed. There should be strict Service Level Agreement for each issue and that too in days not months

GOI should come up with a "Twitter Radio" App. This app should be able to pick up specific tweets (tagged of course) from a set of GOI twitter IDs and, using text-to-voice software, read out a selected number of tweets. This app will serve as a twitter radio mechanism for all ministers and GOI departments to reach mobile users with information on updates and developments.

Java software application used to Digitally Sign documents in government websites. However, different Central Government website uses different versions of Java for functioning. eg. Income Tax & MCA(ROC), use different Java Versions. Both are central Government sites for online filing of returns & forms. However, both uses different versions of Java. It would be of great help if Java Versions are unified across all Websites of Central Government to enable easier law compliance with No loss.

Even after 10 months, central ministries have not initiated action to convert all paper based governance (in routine matters affecting citizens) to e-governance on 100% basis. there is lot of harassment/bribery in multiple archaic rules/procedures on files, which citizens face in daily life. after web-based interface between citizen and employee is in place, about 5 lakh central employees can be diverted to district level monitoring of central/state scheme to prevent subsidy/money leakages.
