Why can't start properties documents and shares of the property in Dmat form? It will be very easy to sell, purchase, lease, mortgage etc. It will save lot of time going to registration offices and going thru all procedure.

in central government, there is huge surplus of manpower, which is only passing time in maintaining archaic laws, rules/procedure and other anti-people regulatory/taxation systems. unless at least 25% cut is made in all civilian govt organisations (including PSUs) it is not possible to establish good governance which is citizen friendly, because this army of 2 crore babus (central+states+local) will not allow elimination/reduction of harassing/taxing/extorting systems on which they survive.

This is regarding cost cutting in expenditure of Government or Official meetings. We see in news channel that at the meeting venues large decorations are made of flowers which obviously are very very costly. I think if we consider at PAN India basis this cost goes in crores and crores. Can that be stopped and that fund can be diverted for green tree plantations. For Foreign guest its fine but for our countries meeting can be done away? I think its a unnecessary expense.

Govt makes plans/schemes for poor, its good but what about those people (below poverty line), who has 2-3 children playing running on streets , don't send them to school just enjoying free schemes year to year. Do they really deserve help from govt. If such knows that they don't provide good life then why they giving birth to children again and again. I think such people don't deserve any help from govt plan or schemes.I think govt should help those BPL peoples who really improve their life.

Tax payers money is being wasted by ARMY personnel who have the power to make purchases/take services from external suppliers for Army offices and establishments. They connive with the suppliers and ask for bribe openly.for eg. Rs10,000 rupee item is billed at Rs1.5Lacs & Rs50K is given as bribe by supplier. This corruption needs to be checked & stoped immediately. Our tax payers hard earned money is not to fill coffers of these officials but for the development & protection of the country.

works are being allotted on the basis of some required qualifications. But in reality, the work will be done by some other person with out any knowledge on the concerned work. This is being happened due to the sub contract system and also most of the allotted money is simply going to the persons account who are not really taking part in the work. That's why the cost is doubling with poor quality out put.If the subcontract system is abolished or limited lot of expenditure will come down
