Hon'ble PM has called for people to give up LPG Subsidy so as to help the poor. I propose that all the MPs should first give up the subsidized food being provided to them in the Parliament Canteen. This will encourage citizens to forego LPG subsidy.

Now a days.. quite a few often we are requested for giving up LPG subsidy... For a common man its always a fear of "what if" factor. Can we have flexible subsidy giving up formula like Give up for a month, quarter, year or five, or permanent. Need to make sure, one should get back subsidy (if applicable as per govt policies).

Sir, Indian Govt. income or expenditure always reflects in budget. The total budget is always depends upon Direct Taxes or Indirect Taxes which the people pay to the Govt.So in this way the total money belongs to the common people. We have to remember that we have to spend this for their benefits not for industrialist or not for bureaucrats .

every govt officer should be asked to submit cost-benefit note, after every domestic and foreign tour and that should be placed in ministry website so that tax paying public knows the manner in which money is spent by babus. in this cost-to-public and benefit-to-public, every touring officer should explain as to how physical touring was un-avoidable and why the same thing could not be completed by internet or video conferencing. despite finance orders, money is being wasted on unnecessary tours

Sir according to me central government should create a professional team who audit the central government schemes. Which schemes is necessary for current time and which is extra and no use in current time.

Another issue is that there should proper asset management. It is observed that while making programme for public expenditure, no adequate regard is given for the assets already is in place. In the era of electronic environment, in which a record of all assets- public & private can be made and maintained i.e. asset census and utilized in public expenditure management. This will be not only cost-effective but also be open for public scrutiny. this will prevent multiplication of asset creation.
